      Pros

      Lots of long-term employees who are very nice

      Cons

      The base pay is very low and the commissions are even lower. There isn't an incentive to sell because you're making $30 off a sale that would take you a few weeks to put together. The margins are going straight to the executives, which isn't an encouraging business model.
