Leadership often sets vague or shifting priorities, which makes it impossible to meet expectations. The CEO’s behavior, including yelling in meetings, creates a culture of fear that no one feels safe addressing. Long hours are the norm, and feedback is rarely constructive. High turnover and burnout are constant issues.
