Pros

Sexual harassment almost never happens at Madison Logic, and they have bagels every friday. They have cinnamon raisin, plain, whole wheat, poppy, and onion bagels. They even have a fruit platter! The interns are just out of college, attractive, and willing to learn. The facilities and janitorial staff are the best in the business. They have a machine that puts out as much seltzer as you can drink. They offer insurance, so you can pay for therapy. Madison Logic doesn't have a problem with sexual harassment.

Cons

This is really an awful place to work and they will tell you anything in order to get you to work here because the Madison Logic is in shambles and they are desperate. Just take my word for it and stay way. No matter how much they offer you its not worth the headaches and permanent damage you will get by being used and degraded by the sociopaths from the C Suite on a daily basis. Madison Logic is rotten to the core and the C Suite are set on ignoring any views that don't fit the narrative that theyre trying to construct, so the place suffers from apathy and high turnover. The C Suite uses and manipulates people to please the shareholders and suit their political agenda before throwing them away when they are no longer useful. A lot of mid managers have learned this behavior and act the same way. The only way things actually get done here is by inertia It's painfully obvious to everyone that Madison Logic is in rapid decline and you will be wasting years of your life if you come here. Im just trying to protect other people from making the same mistake I did by coming here

Pros

Opportunity to work with great clients.

Cons

From day one, there is no in depth industry or company training. The company prioritizes all of the wrong things. Employee needs (from personal needs to managerial support) are ignored most of the time. Employees are made to feel disrespected when they ask questions. Managers approach employee asks with eye rolls, condescending tones, and passive aggressive reactions. This leads legacy employees to feel uncomfortable approaching their manager, and new employees to start depending on coworkers. As with a lot of companies, turnover is high. The company casts former employees in a negative light often times. Managers leave departments and the news isn't communicated from the organization to employees or new hires. Management is extremely secretive on many things, and employees are often bad mouthed after leaving. When management does address an issue, the problem is met with empty promises. Adding gym classes and free meals doesn't change the fact that there is no morale, no support, no motivation because of treatment from managers, and no alignment within teams or between teams. As a new hire, make sure to connect with legacy employees on your team and otherwise. They will be your main source of training.

Pros

Fun. Everyone wants improvement. Everyone works hard.

Cons

Seemed stuck in the mud. Lots of recent turnover. Poor senior managers. Lack of clear strategy. Broken communication. Holes in product. Small number of clients in good standing. Client success managers are challenged because of little to no internal support. Who needs process? Clients run away after first experience.
