I have never left a review for anything before, but my experience at Madison was so negative that I had to warn you. If you're hoping to work for a company that cares about it's employees, run away and don't look back. If you're someone who lacks ambition, with no desire to advance or better yourself, and have an overall lousy attitude, then you will probably be a great fit at Madison. Worst manager I've ever had. Not a leader. Unprofessional. Will gossip to you about other employees, so you'll always feel paranoid that she's gossiping about you too. Toxic environment. I have nothing good to say about my time at Madison and I regret not leaving sooner. I promise that you can find a better job doing similar work on the Seacoast. Life is too short to settle for a miserable job with miserable people.

Some very nice people. One of the owners was very nice.

Cons

Poor financial decisions. No raises. Layoffs. No communication. Poisonous workplace. Backstabbing. Family members and friends being favorites over other employees.
