There's absolutely no work life balance. Shifts are typically 12 hours 5 days a week and at least 8 on Saturday. Management is mostly going to gaslight you about their own accountability while telling you that you've got to take accountability for their mistakes or lack of competence or due diligence. Communication is awful, if it exists at all. You're not going to know if you're doing something incorrectly until you get yelled at for doing it incorrectly and you may still not know after the incoherent yelling. Also, you won't be told how to correct it and chances are your team lead couldn't understand the psycho babble rap that got tossed your way and get the same treatment and confusion as well. The culture is misaligned and expect to get bullied by your hierarchy.
