They don't have it together. Tons of people gossip, teams don't see eye to eye, no one has each others backs, people talk poorly of the CEO not taking ideas but then claiming them as his own, no transparency, lots of turnover. If you have tough skin and don't care about being trained or making friends then you'll be fine here.

People here are behind your back but nice-to-your-face type of people. Knew that I was not liked as much so someone else was hired to take my position at the end. The training was very disorganized, with not too much to do, or rather maybe I was not going to be given much for training because I was not liked. I am glad I was let go of here because the toxic environment was too much. You are better off getting out of marketing and going to a place that is a bit more structured.
