I've been here for a few years and Like any company, there are good days and challenging days, but I think some of the recent reviews don't paint the full picture. This is a fast-paced beauty company with an entrepreneurial, startup mindset. Priorities can shift quickly, and there are definitely times when things get busy, but that's part of working in this industry. If you enjoy solving problems, wearing multiple hats, and working with smart, passionate people, you'll likely thrive here. One thing I've found is that transparency goes a long way. If you're open with your manager about your workload or need support, they're willing to help prioritize and find solutions. No workplace is perfect, but I've always felt that communication is encouraged. Because it's such a collaborative environment, you'll work with a lot of different personalities and cross-functional teams. Being adaptable, having a positive attitude, and developing a thick skin will definitely help you succeed. This probably isn't the best fit if you're looking for a slow-paced environment with highly predictable days.
