The advantages are that this company seems to emphasise team spirit and social activities. People are in a good mood and playfull.
Cons
Cons The implementation of an integration plan does not seem fexible even if proposed at the beginning.In addition , too much energy on micro-management and older people are note welcomed. We feel a certain disgust and looks maintain a great condescension and hypocrisy to completion. Sales and stress do not reflect such a large generation of sales by few calls.
