In this company you will face tons of young graduates destined to be treated like morons from the CEO that is costantly behind you pressing for deliveries and asking private things about your life. This fact results in high rate employee turnover. Zero investment in training and frozen top positions in favor of double dealing staff engaged in long Skype chats talking badly about CEO. Breathless is the pressures to attend the mandatory parties and corporate events that no one would want to attend. Working hours of 10/12 hours per day but overtime is paid in a rather creative and questionable way. Salary is discreet but work life balance is very bad. CEO has freak and bully attitudes, he often plays like a drama queen by screaming and talking bad about workers and clients indistinctly.
