      Great coworkers that are willing to share the load. Free snacks. Strong company culture with clean humor, decent benefits, results driven, and a great CEO and COO. Industry leader with a strong niche community.

      Small company size is more sensitive to market conditions, as evidenced by the recent downsize due to COVID-19.
