Easy going people. No dress code. High chances of traveling overseas. Free parking (on dirt and gravel)
Cons
Executive team doesn't know what they're doing. Arrogant better then though attitude. No company direction. Pay is way below industry average. No raises for at least 3 years. Each department head thinks he runs the company. Boys club for 8200 Your are expected to succeeded despite not being given any direction or told what is expected of you. (sink or swim) Lunch at the cafeteria is not fit for dogs at the pound. No room for growth. No training. No further education or sharping of your skills. Management despises being organized. People are treated as tools.
