Pros
Used to be great, not so much now. Previous management was a dream to work with, and the company was great when people were still here
Cons
Everything. Nothing is properly communicated, transparency is lacking, and the things that are being done are in stark contradiction of what is being said. Multiple decisions have been autocratically made and employees are only informed as an afterthought. The new CEO has zero concern for the employees and it's painfully obvious. He's fired capable people to save costs without considering the impact of such a mass firing on the team's spirit or function. Out of those who were fired, most of them were leaders who were not supportive of the company's new CEO's strategy. As a result, the current management is made up of the remaining yes men who fill in for positions that they don't really have the expertise for and lack leadership qualities. There's an overall loss in confidence in the leadership team and having someone announce their resignation every week is the norm now. It's not an excuse for the downsides to working here but this would all be fine if the CEO and leadership actually had a solid strategy. If this were a tale of a painful transition to a new management, I'd get it. However, they have proven to be incapable and continue to mismanage the company. I predict it won't be soon before it implodes. I'd only refer my worst enemy to work here and even then I'd think twice.
