- Head office is horrible. They are very petty. If they don't like you, they will find a way to get you to leave. - A lot of solo shifts, it gets incredibly boring - Expected to do manager tasks without being compensated as a manager (I was literally told "you have to act as a lead for a few months before actually being considered to be promoted") I cannot stress enough how bad the head office is. Because it is such a small company, they are very involved in day to day operations. Seriously, I saw the glassdoor reviews and thought that it was okay if management is bad, as long as the team is good. Don't think like this. Everyone knows everyone in this company, and head office will be there all the time. These are not people you want to be working for, they are incredibly unprofessional. They are very petty and do not listen to their staff if it contradicts with what they think is right. BEWARE.
