They take shots on Friday’s before work ends

Cons

Turnover is terrible. Bureaucracy is terrible. Management isn’t too bright. Partners don’t show up. Firm is essentially run by 4 paralegals. There is complete nepotism throughout. Everything is disorganized. In-person employees run the firm.
