      Pros

      Great company with strong leadership. Fun atmosphere with lots of advancement opportunities. Our techs do amazing work to our customers' vehicles thanks to a robust training program.

      Pros

      Magic one has an excellent blend of employees who support one another and always are cultivating new ideas to futher the company. The atmosphere is inviting and the earning potential is based solely on your drive, as the opportunity is always available. Magic One also believes in promoting from within and takes notice of your natural talents, always coaching you to "master your craft".

      Cons

      Unfortunately, this company does not offer a 401k matching program and has yet to facilitate a lot of social events for it's staff.

      Pros

      This company actually cares. They want you to succeed. They have a well detailed thought out vision for the future. Very motivational.

      Cons

      Implementation of the vision at times is difficult. Coworkers can be a little extra at times. Sometimes there seems to be a disconnect between management and workers.
