      Pros

      - Great people to collaborate with. Team is friendly, smart, motivated, and willing to support where needed - Lots of opportunity for growth and learning a lot. Feel like I can really make an impact here and that my voice is heard - New employee onboarding is really smooth and educational, good benefits (PTO, holidays, insurance, parental leave, etc), and feel supported whether in the LA office or working remotely

      Cons

      - there have been leadership changes over the past year which have caused adjustments in how the org works, but overall I think positively in that we're getting more settled in for long-term growth and new leaders have a vision and passion for the next phase of the business

      Pros

      MagicLinks fosters a positive working environment where everyone is encouraged to bring their best selves and ideas to the table. The leadership team is transparent and approachable, creating an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect. There are plenty of opportunities for personal and professional growth. The company values continuous learning and often provides resources and training sessions to help employees upskill. A tight-knit, collaborative team. Everyone is supportive and ready to lend a helping hand, making for a seamless workflow and a friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      As with any growing company, there are occasional growing pains, but the leadership is receptive to feedback and continually works to improve the company's operations.
