Pros
I enjoy working at Magill HR because I am always challenged. I enjoy working on problems that are intellectually stimulating. We also have a relaxed work environment that grades you on results, not the amount of hours I sit at my desk.
Cons
With freedom comes the challenge of focus. If you loose focus you get behind. This company requires you to be very independent in your actions. The communication between team members is vital and often virtual. Being an articulate communicator is key to avoiding misunderstandings.
