      Avoid no structure no balance work 24/7 on call every single day.

      Pros

      I guess a pay cheque till I find a professional work place with balance. That actually care about their workers....

      Cons

      Travelling none stop. Call your cell at random times. The boss never leaves you alone. Demanding. You can't plan for anything. Job gets in the way. No holidays!!! This job is not a Monday to Friday job its 24/7 job. Awful.

      because it is very disorganized and weak site management, there are quit a bit of chance to move up the ladder if you play politics right.

      Cons

      very disorganized manager class at site level in construction in Alberta oil sand. HR hires incompetent site managers class all the time that makes work so hard and unproductive.

      It is a pay check until you can find a job with a decent company

      Cons

      they lie and promise raises and reviews then don't do them. company applies for all kinds of awards and states they have gyms, they had one treadmill. they take all the profits and invest nothing back. no work life balance, they want you to travel constantly and then cheat you out of overtime and travel allowances
