Pros

You have the ability to learn a lot on your own because upper level does not train you but get upset when you don't know something

Cons

Management is very offensive, borderline bullying. They will not protect you from workplace bullying . The culture is terrible and it starts from the gm. No opportunity for advancement, no recognition for the good things but are put under a microscope for the bag. Zero work life balance but jokes , bullying and harassment are plentiful

Pros

The good thing about working here was realizing the type of company I would like to avoid in my next job. It only gets better from here.

Cons

Heads up to anyone considering working here: * It’s an open office setup—you’ll need to “prove yourself” for years before even being considered for a private office. * The salary may seem decent at first, but it doesn’t match the workload. Expect frequent overtime and weekend work. * Most of your team will be fully remote, yet you’ll be required to be in-office—often being trained by people who aren’t even physically there. * Work-life balance is a major issue. You’ll likely be expected to work during vacations due to constant deadlines and excessive tracking systems. There was even a time when employees couldn’t take PTO until after a full year—that alone says a lot. * The environment feels heavily micromanaged. Concerns raised by the team haven’t led to improvements—just more tracking and oversight. * Turnover is high, which speaks for itself.
