Pros

The people there are great who are from great colleges however the company seems to hire anyone from any major from a top college (no specializations which often means people don't know much about SF and with no training it is impossible to work). A lot of people are those who are on student visa which doesn't always make sense since people on student visas generally can't work full time, but here they somehow are working full time(??)

Cons

Unrealistic expectations and no training provided. Managers are young with no proper system for training new employees. The expectation is that from the first month new employees will work 40 billable hours, but often times the managers only allow you to bill a shorter amount of time than you actually worked. If you work 5 hours on something and the project doesn't have enough time on it, you may only be able to log 45 minutes on it which obviously reflects badly on you. They say they provide training but they don't and managers have a "figure it out" kind of approach. The time spent "figuring it out" never gets billed which again means you don't meet the target of billable hours. Horrid management of time for billable projects as well. Too many new hires, poor allocation of resources on projects, and very few workable projects since a lot of them are often on "pause" from the client side.

Hi there! First off, I want to apologize, because you obviously didn't have a positive experience here. I appreciate your feedback and wanted to touch on a few of them. - We are a young startup and are far from perfect. We focus on aptitude over experience. This means that we hire people with grit, high EQ, and a propensity to learn. That's more valuable to us than Salesforce experience as we can teach you how to use Salesforce, it's much harder to train someone in the soft skills of this role. - Roughly 40-50% of our team is on some variation of a working VISA. We're proud of our diversity and will continue to keep bringing in team members from different backgrounds to improve our business. Regardless of their citizen status. - In regards to onboarding, we do have billable hour goals that ramp up over time. Depending on the platform, seasonality, and current staffing, those hours may shift. Our work is seasonal, and we tailor those goals accordingly. We also have other goals such as communication exercises (mock calls) and certifications. - We give people the chance to lead others fairly early on in their careers. It's the perk of joining a startup, and we're really proud of how each of our managers has grown. They receive regular coaching and feedback for continuous improvement. - In regards to resources, we are building out all of our internal documentation in a tool called Trainual. Unfortunately, not everything is spelled out yet, and there is a high element of problem-solving that needs to be done in this role. Again, I apologize if you didn't feel comfortable bringing these concerns to me while you were employed with us here, and I wish you nothing but the best. Adam Blake Founder, COO

Pros

·Some talented team members. ·Interesting technical work during my short time there.

Cons

· Extremely disorganized hiring and retention process. I went through 3 rounds of interviews and a technical assessment, received positive feedback, and was then let go after only a couple weeks with no constructive feedback. ·No true transparency on performance expectations or reasons for dismissal. ·I’ve also heard from other candidates who were given offers and then ghosted, which points to a broader pattern. ·Creates an unstable and demoralizing environment for employees.

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. In recent months we have improved our efforts to create comprehensive onboarding plans that outline expectations for employees and hold hiring managers accountable for a positive, thorough learning and training experience. We have added staff to address hiring and onboarding, and are committed to both employee engagement and candidate experience. Clarity and support are essential, and part of our improvement initiatives.

Pros

- Extremely talented team, all very driven to excel - Strong executive leadership with shared direction/vision for the future - Opportunity to work with a variety of interesting clients across multiple industries - Chance to grasp significant responsibility early in your role and career - Ability to impact process and affect growth

Cons

- Hard work is required to be successful, and sometimes longer hours are required depending on project stage - High growth environment, presenting its own unique challenges. That said, the opportunity to contribute to contribute to onboarding, mentor new hires, assume greater responsibility and grow with the company is unlike many other opportunities you will find
