Hi there!
First off, I want to apologize, because you obviously didn't have a positive experience here. I appreciate your feedback and wanted to touch on a few of them.
- We are a young startup and are far from perfect. We focus on aptitude over experience. This means that we hire people with grit, high EQ, and a propensity to learn. That's more valuable to us than Salesforce experience as we can teach you how to use Salesforce, it's much harder to train someone in the soft skills of this role.
- Roughly 40-50% of our team is on some variation of a working VISA. We're proud of our diversity and will continue to keep bringing in team members from different backgrounds to improve our business. Regardless of their citizen status.
- In regards to onboarding, we do have billable hour goals that ramp up over time. Depending on the platform, seasonality, and current staffing, those hours may shift. Our work is seasonal, and we tailor those goals accordingly. We also have other goals such as communication exercises (mock calls) and certifications.
- We give people the chance to lead others fairly early on in their careers. It's the perk of joining a startup, and we're really proud of how each of our managers has grown. They receive regular coaching and feedback for continuous improvement.
- In regards to resources, we are building out all of our internal documentation in a tool called Trainual. Unfortunately, not everything is spelled out yet, and there is a high element of problem-solving that needs to be done in this role.
Again, I apologize if you didn't feel comfortable bringing these concerns to me while you were employed with us here, and I wish you nothing but the best.
