      Pros

      The remaining employees are fantastic. The stories of helping people/animals around the world are great.

      Cons

      The management, especially the President, likes to build themselves up and tear everyone else down. The company is full of nepotism and driven by empty promises. You will be underpaid and asked to do 3x more than you originally signed on for. Do not expect to get promised bonuses on time or as much as told. There are no benefits for employees or longterm plans to support them. While they offer jobs, they do not offer careers. Good employees have left for other things, while the rest of the company has to pick up their slack.

      Incredible product that positively impacts any life form that encounters it.

      Cons

      Nepotism. Highly erratic and volatile owner. Too many people doing the same thing. Some people in the office do nothing more than stir drama. Expected to work, 24/7/365. Will continue to stay afloat because of Elaine's energy and determination.

      Cons

      It is easier to fire people than to manage or lead them. No Benefits Management does not stand behind their commitments. Management takes credit for individuals success No one is ever recognized for their accomplishments.
