Starting Pay was great. Very Flexible for Exempt employees. Great Benefits.
Cons
Not much room for career development in the company, Just waiting for someone to leave is the only way to get promoted.

- Great manager - Good flexibility - Good Benefits - Good campus/nice to walk around - On-site fitness center
Cons
- Work life balance isn’t there. Typically was Expected to work more than 40hrs a week because of how busy it was - Salary/competitive pay is below average compared to market rates and other competitors - No promotion structure. No bonus structure. Performance raises could be better. Never any room for negotiations - No Employee retention. Allows good talent to leave and workload gets shared amongst current employees - They talk about a de-centralized culture but always resort to corporate rules. - Vacation policy is okay; could be much better but leadership refuses to improve
