Pathetic organization run by disgusting management
Pros
1. Join them if you got bored with your tension free life 2. You are looking for roller coaster ride in your career and life, this organization is for you 3. You want to screw up your career, then don't wait to join them 4. Must for freshers who just want to enjoy and don't care for money.
Cons
1. The pathetic organization owned and managed by a single family having no ethics. 2. The organization has no future and struggling hard to survive. They do by not depositing your salary. Expect a minimum delay of 90 days. 3. They say themselves as a product company and are nothing more than a solution provider in BSS domain 4. Here comes the interesting part: SALARY 4.1: They deduce 10%-30% in the name of variable pay and you will never it. 4.2 They deduce PF (both employee and employer contribution) from your salary and don't expect to get it too 4.3 Now what is left, you should get it? Right? Yeah, you will get but after 90 days and that too only after raising request. 4.4 And on top of that if you leave the organization then God bless your salary and PF. Be behind them and the worst HR team will never respond you properly.
