I feel compelled to write a review here because of the abundance of 5 star glowing reviews, which to me, are suspect. Magnet Media is a cult of personality around the CEO, who talks a good game and micro-manages every element of the company and its people. Diversity? One group sees some representation here but others are glaringly absent (older employees?) They talk a good game but need to take more action. It's a pressure cooker and all over the place. Always in a reactive mode, I worked long days and nearly every weekend. The worst part was the political aspect of it, and having someone lie to me and about me and stab me in the back. The best part of this place is that the co-workers are the best, as long as they are there.

Lying and not paying freelancers, high turnover.
