Great group some of the best for sure, pay is good except for the incentive program that penalizes you for safety issues and production changes directed from management
Cons
Safety is a joke, Insurance is as bad as it can get if you ever have to use it, management is clueless about what happens in the field, all hourly employees get money deducted if someone get hurt salary does not, management is the worst i have seen in my life, zero accountability
