Amazing people! Everyone is extremely supportive, welcoming, and helpful. Truly an environment geared towards shared success, growth, and development. There is a great team environment. You WILL develop transferable skills you can use in many other aspects of your life/career. Great way to gain experience in the sales and marketing field. I have found many other places require experience before hiring you, here, they are willing to train you ground up. Merit based promotions Excellent leadership structure as all managers have started from the bottom and worked their way up Motivating environment. This job is challenging and will push you to grow

The hours are long and the expectations of employees are higher than most places. Work Saturdays

commission based, If not good at selling--will not get paid. Requires a lot of time. Very few people reach management.
