      DO NOT SIGN RBT CONTRACT!

      Fun co-workers, cute kids...not much else.

      Cons

      They force new employees to sign a contract of employment, do not deliver on their side of the contract, then charge you upwards of $3000 in illegitimate fees to leave. When concerns are brought up, they attack you through emails rather than fix them. DO NOT SIGN!

      Independently work with clients, choose hours and availability, RBT assessment provided, support for supervisory hours toward BCBA, mileage paid by company

      Too much independence and little guidance or support; assigned learner close to twice my body weight with aggressive behaviors despite indicating in interview this scenario isn't my preference and informed by company they have no aggressive clients. Additionally assigns clients 30 miles away from my location Luck of he draw in regard to BCBA assignment t

      Easy way to get into the ABA field, plenty of clients needing services

      Cons

      Lack of training/staff development, poor compensation, poor communication, poor supervision, BCBAs that aren't invested in their clients, company that isn't invested in its BTs.
