The best of a bad group

Pros

As far as inpatient rehab goes, it could be worse. Clients are never violent, which seems to be industry standard. There's also something to be said for the high quality of care for the clients, even if it doesn't extend to the employees.

Cons

Management is catty and turnover is constant. Firings occur often and out of the blue.

Very well kept place with a beautiful setting and scenery. The therapists are great.

Cons

Those higher on the chain seem to be power driven by money.
