      -Introduction to various robotics machines on the floor -Uses SolidEdge for CAD drafting -3D Printing Experience -Great management with multiple team building events during work

      Cons

      -Very specific line of work dealing with helical piles; make sure you enjoy this -Other than that not many cons; everyone is happy to show up and work together
