The clients are fantastic and a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Toxic work culture. There are so many good companies to work for, sadly Magnus was more worried about the financial side rather than the patient centred side. A poorly run management team with little to no support to clients and staff. I will not recommend any clients or friends to work with this company

Currently a great location but may move. Chance to be a part of something growing, but at an extremely high risk.

Cons

Management changed two months ago. Previous management was great, new management has no idea what they are doing, has no vision, and does not understand the market. Half of the company already left. Development team is non-developers and being outsourced.
