Pros
The culture and people are great here. The pay is relatively competitive for the market. The company is growing quickly and you get a lot of exposure to many areas of the business. The parent company Ducommun is reinvesting heavily back into Magseal with new manufacturing equipment and renovation of the building. Bonus structure is strong incentive and keeps employee engagement and morale up, week to week, and quarter to quarter.
Cons
Benefits could be better. Average PTO (3 weeks and 1 sick week). Average health care, dental, and vision plans. Below average 401K match (50% match on 6%).

Small departments allow you to closely work with everyone in the company. Team leaders are always respectable and friendly. Great quarterly employee gatherings.
Cons
Not as much room to grow as a larger corporation
