Pros
Work/Life balance is O.K. The upper management is great. Great potential for the company.on longer timeline.
Cons
Telekom is progressing but this happens very - and I mean it - very slowly. The company tries to get rid of the old standards and too lazy colleagues but this will take time for sure. Basically there is no HR at the firm. No career development programs, no normal AC's, no feedback / reaction to the leaders. Obviously there's a huge gap between the senior management and the department/center/etc. leads...
