Pros

The product is very good.

Cons

There is only one pro about magzter. The product is very good. However this advantage gets nullified by very negative attitude of the CEO & The President. They treat employees very badly. CEO is everyday taking two calls. In every call he threatens people with immediate sacking for every small mistake like being 1-2 minute late in the call. Or not calling him at the fixed time. Even if the employee is late by few seconds, he gives One day of LOP, without considering that the person has worked for 16 hours that day and may be customer had called him during the fixed time of the call, he or she got late by 15-30 seconds to call him. He terminated a girl who was not able to attend a call on a Saturday and was late by 5 minutes as she had to go to a doctor. He does not care about anyone. Am sure if someone complaints he will have to give damages in crores to all the employees whom he has been very harsh and unreasonable. All good and deserving people have left or he has sacked them. There are few people who are fooling him by showing only data and no results. He recently started free coupon code exercise. He gave reward to few of the guys and girls who fooled him as when the actual figures were checked there were zero redemptions for the girl and the boy he had rewarded them based on what they had updated on the sheet. He blindly asks people to communicate in linkedin except for few highly experienced guys no one is capable. But he wants his team to be a follower and then he would say that you all are a postman, when he himself does not allow them to grow. He is a very confused ceo AND AM SURE WITH THIS APPROACH AND HE BEING SURROUNDED BY people who butter him always and make a fool out of him, he likes being praised by the team company would be destroyed completely. He asks his team to play linkedin order comes by relationship at the topmost level. That is not possible by the style of work he promotes. Company has failed. He has hired around 20 people and has sacked atleast 10 people within 2-3 months, few people have left on their own. One of the persons he has sacked within a day. He asked him to start working like a donkey from the day he joined. The person had a hard day having HR session and was just out of the session when he called him and told him to work. The new joinee was upset and CEO sacked him. How can they expect best talent to join them employees would also use them and leave. He uses words like am spending so much money on you guys. He is definitely not worth a CEO. I ADVISE NO ONE TO JOIN THIS COMPANY AND ALSO NOT ALLOW THEM TO TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES ANYMORE LIKE A SLAVE

Pros

I was a Sr.Sales Manager in Chennai Location and got relieved in March. Great Product, Team, Boss and Management. Learning is galore if you are open for it. Can interact directly with the CEO and President. We will get lot of inputs and insights from them. They will support us a lot. Monthly Activities, Team building events. HR team will put their best effort for the same. Managerial Training will be given on the periodical basis to further improve and update our skills.

Cons

No Cons as per my experience. As I have mentioned management will give their insights and inputs to us which for other team members think they are too harsh. But, it is not the case, as I had regular interactions with them, they share their own experience which we can implement while speaking and interacting with our clients. If we take it in a right and positive way we can grow more as a Sales Leader, which is my experience during my stint with Magzter.
