Pros

Some people are decent but nothing other than that

Cons

Management has no idea what they're doing. HR is the CEOs wife, so you cannot complain about anything. I do not trust their experience level and often just blame the low hanging fruit until they fumble their way into a game that did well. They over work their people and proudly talk about how they under pay their staff. You might be beloved but if you don't babysit the CEO's feelings then you will get laid off. Both the CEO and COO are extremely emotional and will make snap decisions. Management in past has made me very uncomfortable. They will set you up with a mountain of work and when you don't complete it on time, your bonus is on the line. It doesn't matter how much people love to work with you, management will still try to find reasons to fire you. It does not apply to me, but I do feel like management does not support diversity. Only a handfull of people weren't white, and some people of color took way too long to be promoted.

Pros

Some great developers, unfortunately they are being taken advantage of.

Cons

When time are good, too many chefs in the kitchen. When times are bad, crabs in a barrel. Pretty much sums it up. Technically naive management, talking advantage of socially naive developers.
