      Interesting, if oddly specialized, staffing business.

      Cons

      Culture of fear and an owner who lives beyond his means and then explodes at his staff when there is more month than money.

      good people , they do not put stress on you and look over your sholder while you work

      they have old outdated equipment that makes it nearly impossible to get satisfactory results
