Pros
Very good insurance, Vacation, Sick days, personal days, flex spending, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits you'd expect from a 50 plus year company.
Cons
Upper Management was hired without any regard given to their lack of experience in the waste cooking oil collection industry, and it showed. Massive turnover in the VP (i.e., Leadership Group) positions is a sign of a dysfunctional company which is not doing it's "Due Diligence" during the hiring process! Wasteful spending, terribly rundown equipment, poor working conditions all lead to low morale.
