Great team work and willingness to help
Pros
For me the most outstanding thing is the willingness to help and patience of the whole team. The team has been very patient with my learning process, always giving me advice or trying to make me understand some concept or situation in a simpler way. It has been easy to understand the processes because the team wants you to have a general idea of each position, either administratively, understanding the recruitment parameters, how we calculate the processes, how we understand and serve customers, and how our priority is to give security to the cleaners that we have their back and to the customers that they will have an excellent service experience. And personally, it is refreshing to know that the team in general is looking for all of us to meet the objectives and do our part in the best way possible to go further, the sense of camaraderie is strong and in addition to fellowship there is friendship and understanding.
Cons
I think the most difficult trade-off can be how chaotic the day can become because of a single mistake or omitted detail. Not even your own but in general, from a cleaner; or sales or operations team that didn't add a note.
