Pros
- Colleagues and customers were fun and made it bearable.
Cons
-"Bonus structure" requires excessive overtime hours to achieve a small reward. When dividing extra hours worked to acheive bonus it ends up less than minimum wage per hour. -1 hour a day is taken out of your pay for lunch but rarely do you get to take it. When you do take lunch, you get made to feel lazy for taking the whole hour. - Management always has "Big things coming" but nothing eventuates. False promises and big talk about career development and pay rises but nothing happens. - CEO of Australia once even told me the colour of my pants (navy blue dress pants) weren't in line with MBE dress code stating they have to be Tan or Black as per the dress code. When I asked to see the dress code it turns out our office was never provided one by country management. -Took advantage of UNPAID Interns. Pretending they are graphic design interns but really got them for free labour, vacuuming, wiping windows, and meaning less tasks not in line with developing a graphic design professional. -Very low wages but a lot of responsibility. -Very hard to take annual leave as often it was hard for someone to fill in.
