Pros

Most of the workers are great people

Cons

Theocratic CEO who was born on 3rd base and thinks he hit a triple. Thinks he’s fulfilling god’s plan for him so any failures are on other people because god’s guidance is always right. Unless you’re desperate for a paycheck look elsewhere. The other cons in other reviews are almost all dead on too.

Pros

It will allow you to gain experience and get your foot in the door if you're looking to join the cybersecurity space.

Cons

Company culture is very poor, if there is any at all. Management is unqualified to lead a team. Doesn't understand how to run a sales team or lead to success. The sales leader often berates subordinates and creates a toxic environment for the team. The CEO lacks the ability to lead and create a healthy work environment. They have set the standards low and continues to hire people who continuously add to an unhealthy environment. The company has lost approximately 50% of its employees over the last 12 months for numerous reasons, a majority of them being over management or culture. There is very little diversity within the company. There is no respect for a work-life balance. "Hustle harder" and "Always grind" mentality. Expect to work 55+ hours and be told it's "doable and not concerning."

Pros

Remote work if that's for you and the ability to travel if you like traveling.

Cons

This company will micromanage you to the point where it is incredibly difficult to work. They expect you to make 60-70 calls per day to the same leads over and over and but some of the leads don't even have working phone numbers. Nobody answers your questions in a timely manner over the team chat so that makes it hard when when you do have a prospect on the phone but you don't know something. The company is also very unorganized, they have been around since 2000 and to this day they still have less than 50 employees, but they rant and rave about how they have been growing at this impressive rate. They have changed the sales process multiple times and they still cannot get it right. The culture is not good, most of the people there say they will help you but they don't, and then they apologize and still don't help you at a future date. I understand it's a business and money needs to be made but they need to invest in their employees a little more if they want to be successful. Being quiet, shy, holding back useful information is not going to benefit anyone. The commission plan was absolutely horrible, they will tell you it's uncapped but the truth is, it is capped at around $75k-80k if you can get get to those numbers. $50.00 per sign up does not sound good on leads that are not so good. Sure, you have to sell the product, but the product is also more expensive than the competitiors and does not do anything incredibly different either. 40k-45k is the base salary, take it or leave it. I know this was a lot to read, don't apply here.
