Very casual, open environment Little to no micro management Free lunch on Friday, ok benefits Stable industry, this company specializes in applicant tracking software and as such the job industry which is busy in good or bad times
Cons
No room for advancement, flat company structure No structured review system in place, no HR dept All clients are in HR or recruiting industry and many of them exemplify the stereotypical recruiter or HR person so can be difficult to work with or get straight answers from Upper management puts clients first over views and opinions of employees working directly with the client
