      Pros

      Amazing place to work! -the ability to express my ideas and utilize my skills to help the company grow. -supportive management with open door policy, including CEO. -Having worked for Startups to Fortune 500 companies in my career, MainStreaming still has that personal touch even though we growing so fast. -Great work life balance. Demanding and challenging when needed but my personal time has always been respected.

      Cons

      No company is perfect, but MainStreaming has truly really made me feel welcome and not just another employee. -Limitations for advancement due to size of the company at this time.

      Pros

      There are lots of challenges, employees know what they are doing and are genuinely nice people. Mainstreaming has a great potential and I believe that it will be one of the most successful CDN in the next few years.
