- CEO is a 10; Senior management are solid, fair and do not micromanage. - Friendly juniors, good vibes in the office and lots of socials. - Lot of room for career progression
Cons
Mostly the fact that you’ll never be doing one job but rather wearing different hats, which can also be challenging / estimulating.

- competitive compensation - very knowledgeable senior colleagues - great exposure to senior colleagues (MD and D included) - Juniors are incentivized to be proactive and to independently carry out client management (little micromanaging) - excellent atmosphere, very friendly

- no clear downside from my experience
