I would say, my supervisor was amazing for the all things they had to deal and put up with. There was a lot of drama in that office, they handled it like a pro.

The office drama that went on the office just amazes me. I remember a Tech coming in our small call center space and cry because they were scheduled for a different site. Even though, it was always expected that it could come up. Honestly it was most ridiculous thing I have ever seen.
Interesting content, low barrier software to learn, somewhat flexible scheduling

Low-interaction orientation, being throw in without sufficient training (especially for float positions), managers go between sites, bad ergonomics, and disrespectful doctor
