Employees treated poorly by the Principal in this family run business. Weak, inefficient administrative systems in place, even though they are ISO certified. Company takes advantage of government subsidies to hire employees, and then fires people when the subsidies run out. Asked me to lie for the company to get the subsidy.

Owner has an abusive and controlling approach. Still operates like the 70’s 80’s. Still believes the carrot and the stick is a thing .. Revolving door when it comes to keeping staff and doesn’t accept any feedback to improve. Pay scale is under market, no benefits and you are assigned homework for company training with no pay. The working environment is toxic and in complete violation with employment standards when it comes to violence in the workplace. There is no HR department to complain to as this is the owners wife. Employees are subject to bullying by the owner, intimidation, racial and sexual discrimination.

I wish I could write some good things about this company. The only thing I can mention is that they are extremely nice during the interview process.

Cons

If you work here, this place will give you some valuable lessons of WHAT YOU MUST NOT ACCEPT FROM YOUR NEXT FUTURE EMPLOYER. This is a messed-up work environment where every employee is fighting with each other. There is no proper guideline on how to train a new hire. They expect you doing everything in first 5 days of your employment. You will be asked to apply for government subsidy during hiring process so that they receive financial support to train you. Once you are hired, they will treat you with so much disrespect that you will be broken every time you step up to that office room. Instructions keep coming on to you (when you are new) from the current employees, and if you follow everyone's instruction, you are in trouble with the Management.
