Pros

This is a golden opportunity for the people who are not able to get any IT job and might have less scores in overall academics. This company is genuine and doesn't feel be looking it into the office infrastructure. This is a staffing and outsourcing company that supplies people to MNC's like HCL, Accenture, etc.

Cons

less pay, not maintain payslips and form 16 properly. you have to follow up for payslips and form 16.

I got trained on mainframe from Maintec and placed in MNC company.

Cons

As a fresher I don't have anything as cons.

Pros

Not even a single pro to mention here. They don't even have a good office for them. They just waste your time.

Cons

It's consultancy in Noida so stop cheating people. They don't mention it in their name but they call freshers and job seekers and say they wanna hire for Network Analyst and then they will tell you that you will undergo for one month training process and you won't be paid anything. Seriously ? They won't even train you well. Don't waste your time here. Just disappointed.
