The ONLY pro is the team excluding the store manager.
Cons
The company does NOT value their staff members. Very stingy with incentives and uniforms. As a casual/part-timer, your ideas and opinions does not matter at all. High turn over of staff and managers. Most of the managers are useless and will use their authority and status against you. They like to hire incompetent people so they can be controlled.
