      -Hmmm...not really sure I can come up with one... other than there are definitely some lovely employees who suffer along.

      Cons

      -Absent C suite management -Deceptive C suite who lie (everyone sees through it) -Play favorites with certain employees, creating issues with others -Unreasonable work expectations
