Pros
Working at Make & Model Marketing as a front-end developer was an incredibly positive experience. The leadership team was always supportive, offering competitive salaries, solid benefits, and a flexible, understanding approach to work-life balance. The work environment stood out as one of the best I’ve been part of — collaborative, fun, and filled with genuinely good people. I always felt respected and encouraged to grow, and the team culture made even the busiest days enjoyable. Though I’ve since moved on, I look back on my time at Make & Model with gratitude. It’s a great place to build your skills, contribute meaningfully, and enjoy a healthy balance between work and life.
Cons
If I had to name one minor downside, it would be that things could move a bit fast-paced at times, especially during busy project cycles — but the supportive team and flexible environment always helped make it manageable.
