barely anyone has any previous experience with art education no raises-> no growth extremely unorganized boss doesn't take any feedback boss blurs work and personal boundaries doesn't seem like management is passionate or enthusiastic about teaching kids art
Management is disorganized and can ignore set boundaries. Very high turnover rate and little to no training provided. Raises are always promised but never given.
