      Pros

      I spent a few years with Makespace (yes I'm a woman) and was always treated with respect and was promoted through the company. Management and the team is focused on clients first but the team is like family to eachother. The work is amazing and I kinda regret leaving now that I see agency life from another office.

      Don't do a lot of cultural events

      Pros

      I’ve been with the company for under a year but within that time frame I’ve seen amazing growth as well as some growing pains. These growing pains have been identified and addressed in a reasonable timeframe. I’m always amazed at how many clients and projects Makespace has in its queue at any given time. This kind of client base gives the company and its employees stability that I have not seen much in Louisville while working with other agencies. Change is something that this company is not afraid of as it grows.

      Cons

      Growing pains are always a struggle for companies and Makespace is no exception. Nothing to be concerned about for anyone looking to join the team.

      Pros

      Makespace has a smart, talented, and hardworking team who is dedicated to their clients. The team thrives on collaboration and the clients reap the benefits. Each project is tailored to the client and no two website builds are the same. The leadership team is accessible and communicates regularly with the team. The company offers competitive benefits and opportunity for advancement within the agency.

      Cons

      As they bring on more and more clients, there are and will be some growing pains, but the team is nimble and up to the challenge. The onboarding process also needs some more structure.
